Shea can throw.
Evans is (still) fast.
Brad Hawkins as safety on 80-yard run was bad.
Tru is good (for the team).
Ronnie Bell is not so fast.
Oliver Martin makes catches and a big drop.
Mostly, Shea to DPJ, Collins, Gentry, and others is looking like a pro passing game. Those three explosive receivers stand out, but the diversity of targets includes running backs, tight ends, and slots. Against Rutgers the pass protection was excellent--open receivers and strong throws.
The running attack, led by Higdon but varied too, is already strong.
The Rutgers field and stadium looked good on TV. They play clean and hard. Perhaps they are getting a little better.
