Time for an update and...
Whatever happens, the football team will be better than most. They will beat up on the little guys. There is optimism that by the end of the year they will be good because they are one of perhaps a dozen teams that can legitimately say that. We're talking prominently good. All things considered they've had relatively few quitters and crybabies. The pipeline is, and has to be, deep.
More in the news is the fractious basketball team. And the revelation once again is that it is not John Beilein's fault. It takes a little while. And not everyone will make it. But it is a system that definitely wins games.
So Beilein is "recruiting like crazy." Things couldn't be in better hands.
The departed include Charles who I guess isn't long for graduate school at this particular time. Another is Jordan Poole, who may have made one of the worse decisions of his life so far. He was not going to change at Michigan, that's for sure.
OMG, am I going to have to learn how to spell Adrien Nunez? Shooting guard? I hope not.
