Ohio State preview part 2

This isn't the way I want to see it happen.

In the long-run, Michigan still holds an edge in wins and losses.  Ohio State has dominated lately, but it runs in cycles.  The cycle is changing, but I don't want to see it happen like this.

Everyone can write and these days most people can publish too, and there has been a ton available on The Game.  Most of it is about history with the coaches, running backs, and quarterbacks.  In the past there have been many close games (this one may not be so close) and there is always extraordinary effort.

For Michigan players such as Rashan Gary and Devin Bush, I believe this will be their last go-round.  And for Michigan, this is finally a Harbaugh team.  I see it in Shea Patterson more than anyone; he can be a great quarterback at Michigan but not if he runs around fumbling and throwing interceptions.  He has been excellent and very well-prepared for The Game.

This Michigan team is different.  On defense, they are not liable to make a lot of mistakes; same goes for the offense.  They are good and consistent.

In the picture above Urban Meyer is not a well man.  This screenshot is from the Purdue game well into the tension of a tight game.  Everything seems to be delegated and it appears Urbz is barely involved.

I get it, he will not die from Ohio State football, at least not this year.  He will tough it out.  But by now it is almost a cover-up and it is probably not good for most of those involved, including Ohio State fans and the team.

I do not think Ohio State will play their best game, and I do believe this is the long-awaited extended season and a trip to Indianapolis.
