Last year Michigan got creamed because of the obvious offensive problems and Saquon Barkley.
1. Don Brown is engaged and very serious.
2. Penn State does not have a dominant defense this year but they are pretty good at sacks and TFLs.
3. Michigan's run game vs. Penn State is an advantage.
4. James Franklin likes to run up the score. Harbaugh does too; pretty much everyone does in this age of stats, match-ups, bowls, and the like. But it could mean Penn State is not really as good as the stats.
5. Hornibrook and Trace McSorley are both experienced quarterbacks well-versed in making plays and winning games, right? Wrong, only McSorley is in that category. But he cannot do it alone. It is a good match-up for Michigan's D.
(I thought Miles Sanders is a really good running back because I saw the Illinois game and they could not tackle him. I have seen him in other games and he was not so great. I think it was mostly the Ilini who had trouble?)
