This explains why Wallace Loh is mentioned so often.  Simple:  fire Loh and quickly go down the succession line and find someone who will do the same with Durkin and Evans.

It will cost $$$.  If it was Michigan the board of regents could perhaps come up with some donors to cover it.

Apparently doing it for cause is difficult.  That they concluded it was not "toxic" makes that even harder.

These are the reported reasons behind the consternation.  What a mess.

Ordinarily, Maryland is considered a wealthy state, with a median income well into the $70Ks.

Boy what a mess.  Good job, Durkin!
