Apparently Scott Frost would rather go to Nebraska than Florida.  The only thing Tennessee has going for it is a large and/or devoted fanbase.  Brady Hoke doesn't help.  Say what you want about Mora, Sumlin, and the rest but Butch Jones was really bad, and offensive.
Greg Schiano and Kevin Wilson were just fine for Ohio State.  I look at the devoted Buckeye fans, then add in money, adoration, and unbelievable success and think Urban Meyer has it all.  Plus a family and he is still a young guy!  But squealing about a photographer after a really big win at Michigan?  I'm gonna use my clout for an all-out investigation!  The guy doesn't have it all at all.
The whole thing started with Jim McElwain's odd exit.  You can't blame him for a serious criminal enterprise working within the team.
At Michigan State Nassar has started to confess--wasn't it just to child porn at first?--and that is looking as bad as Penn State.  Man those women, and there are a lot of them who went through the same thing, are mad.  Who the hell is Keith Mumphery?  The problems run deep.  They represent the quintessential big organization attacked from every different direction and lawyering-up.  A lot of the football players are connected to...  Mark Dantonio.  Anyway, the only general accusation that has really stuck so far is that they are slow.
They're also a harbinger of things to come, the trendsetter or California of student-athlete litigation.  Detroit, Lansing, and all the fighting and lawsuits are like Baylor without the prairies, hot temperatures, or religion:  how to run big-time athletics and a criminal enterprise at the same time.  Lessons include how to sue or prosecute for domestic or sexual abuse, with examples including Jourdan Lewis, Nate Johnson, and Grant Perry from Michigan and the crew from the best MSU recruiting class in a long time.
But Michigan State, more every person's school in the state and bigger, has a longer list of names and the offenses are far more serious.  Another one who comes to mind is Auston Robertson.
Anyway, it used to be Missouri--you'd have to be crazy to want to voluntarily go to there.  Now it is Knoxville.
At Michigan...
At Michigan, Wilton Speight is a weenie.  He was recruited by Brady Hoke and whatshisfatface.  He considered transferring when Jim Harbaugh was hired.  I don't want to read about his dad managing his career.  A part-time gig, if that's what it comes to, might do his body and the team well.
John O'Korn stuck it out and they'll be no bashing or crying here.
Harbaugh's a hack it or move on guy.  There are plenty of protections in place for players (e.g., Alex Malzone) to stick around and get a degree too.
Anyway, the players Jim Harbaugh recruits know what they're in for.  Losing to Urbz and his legions is okay.  They're still playing big games, they're always in it, and sometimes they win a few.
