Apologies to Jimbo Fisher. I will send him a text.
Florida State does not have the problems Florida does. They are a deep, very good team with excellent leadership.
Jabrill Peppers stuck with Michigan through the failures that marked Brady Hoke's tenure. He didn't play much or have an impact his freshman year. Last year was really his first, under a new head coach and defensive coordinator, and he missed the bowl game. This year he did whatever the team needed and he was the wild card--the TFL or punt return that could put Michigan over the top.
The Rich Rodriguez period was probably worse.
Peppers was a top five recruit and the first of several high school stars from New Jersey. His former coach Chris Partridge has also stayed at Michigan.
He wasn't even on the field.
