Jim Harbaugh probably knows where the buck stops.

Here is an update from our news department.

mgoblogging:  You realize, coach, that you are going to take a bit of a hit over this Swenson thing?

JH:  It is better than having his whiny ass around for 4 years.

There are other things going on here.  I've seen the word "entitlement" used and obviously in a negative way.  It is probably the wrong word but the sentiment is still there.  This kind of thinking seems to be coming from a combination of students or alumni, people in the area, and people who follow these Michigan things pretty closely.  It is in line with pushing a football team but it is slightly different too.

Ann Arbor, South Quad, the undergraduate library, and just about everything else were hellholes.  Flying into Detroit Metro and driving to Ann Arbor...  I can only imagine it is worse today.  But that's just me.  Anyway, no one said it was going to be pretty, or always fun, or easy.

There are those who think the players are pampered or underpaid.  Who was it, the Tennessee coach who brought some players fast food because they were broke?  I think most people who are fairly close believe the players are treated pretty well.
