I can't believe how good a football coach Jim Harbaugh is. But he is more than that, he is an outstanding manager and CEO. Marketer, e.g., gamesmanship? Eh.
He hasn't become this yet (INSERT PICTURE of JOHN BEILEIN) as long as he still has a tireless motor. But he has taken basketball strategy and player development to basketball-like levels.
In games you have to adapt to your opponent and play different styles as necessary.

No one knew what this team was going to bring and before the Florida game Harbaugh, leading the whole university, was very tight-lipped. Of course everyone offered a preseason forecast and all were just guessing. Ever since Harbaugh arrived players would rise up.
Among the young players, we'd seen enough of a few of them. They had played, especially given all the blow-outs, but some were obviously on their way to starting if not stardom: Rashan Gary, Devin Bush, Jr., Josh Mettalus, Tyryee Kinnel, Khaleke Hudson.
Now add nine more from the link above: David Long, Michael Onwenu, Kedoa Crawford, Lavert Hill, Carlo Kemp, Nick Eubanks, Quinn Nordin, Sean McKeon, and Devin Gil.
