Jim Leavitt and the USF scandal is the closest thing I have seen to Dave Bliss at Baylor.  I can't find the quotes or source:  He said something like 'I built this place.  You are not going to win against me.'  Anyway, the similarity is in the cover-up.

P.S.  Curtis Blackwell earned a graduate degree in sports management from Baylor.
