Many names have been left out, such as Delano Hill, Ben Gedeon, Maurice Hurst, Rashan Gary, Channing Stribling, Jeremy Clark, and offensive lineman Kyle Kalis, Ben Braden, and Eric Magnuson.  Grant Hill, Bryan Mone, Tyree Kinnel, Moe Ways, Ty Isaac, Drake Johnson, and Kenny Allen are very strong and, together with others, could blossom.  Certainly there are a number of other players (e.g., John O'Korn) who will contribute and may become future starters.

Jabrill Peppers may be ranked a little low..

Who is responsible?  Was Brady Hoke that bad?

The answer to the second question is "yes."

Brady Hoke did bring these players in.  But looking through the classes from 2012 to 2014 there was a ton of attrition.

Will Wilton Speight play?  There is little question Hoke was an offensive disaster.
